Description

The multi-functional 5-axis bevel laser pipe cutting machine integrates multiple processes such as bevel cutting, straight cutting, drilling and grooving, allowing one machine to complete the entire pipe processing process. The 5-axis linkage technology ensures the cutting precision of various processes, adapts to various metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, and caters to both small-batch customization and large-batch production. It can perform bevel forming at any angle (adjustable within 0–60°), with a bevel angle error of ≤ ±0.1°. The cut surface is highly flat, free of burrs, edge collapse and dross adhesion, eliminating the need for subsequent grinding.
